SOMATIC COACHING
I am deeply passionate about helping other people get in touch with their creative drives and passions through tapping into the innate wisdom of their bodies. After a series of intense incidents that transformed my life (hurricanes, house fires, childbirth, oh my!) I have spent the last several years studying various modalities that have helped me get into my body, find my authentic voice, and deepen my intuition- all which are big factors in connecting to creativity.
I am excited to begin offering workshops and coaching sessions that combine conscious connected breathwork, movement, and vocal empowerment techniques to help channel the deep creativity that lies within all of us. ASTROLOGY CONSULTATIONS
Growing up in the high mountain desert blessed me, unknowingly, with a deep relationship with the cosmos from an early age. I view astrology as an elegant language that can help us remember the profound relationship humans have always had with the environments around us, from seasonal changes to the recurring cycles of celestial bodies. I have studied various schools of modern and traditional astrology for 15+ years, and love the blend of ancient humanity with modern psychological and archetypical approaches.

ART & DESIGN
Since before I can remember, the practice of creating has always been a part of my personal growth, therapy, and way of getting to know the infinite world around me.
Recently, my art has been focusing on the depth of the human experience in its biological, animal, emotional & spiritual forms. Through collage, painting, and pen-and-ink illustrations, I question the seeming contrast between the natural state of our biological world and the institutions of human culture.

SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Over the past decade, I have founded several companies that focus on social impact and creative connection. I love talking with people about the process of starting creative endeavors, and plan on working this type of consulting into my somatic/creative coaching practice when it launches.
Flipcause, cofounded in 2012, is a software-as-a-service company that helps small nonprofits engage their communities and fund their causes, regardless of budget or technical knowledge. To date, Flipcause has helped over 5,000 nonprofits across the United States raise over $1 billion for their community projects and initiatives.
Artlarking Multimedia, founded in 2010, was a production company and social networking site for creators of all kinds. With Artlarking, I produced and curated dozens of multimedia art shows in the San Francisco Bay Area, bringing together artists across genres to build a collaborative ecosystem of creativity.
Cosmic Odyssey, cofounded in 2022 with photographer Jackson Mathey, is an artist collective that puts the work of visual creators onto clothing, bags and accessories, allowing you to wear #artonyoursleeve.
